INFORMATION
MACC has a free coach-buddy network for coach students who intend to get into a mutually agreed peer coaching relationship with other coach students either as Student Coaches, Student Coachees or both.
For Student Coaches, here's a great opportunity to find ‘coachees’ for you to gain coaching hours (for your coach certification).
For Student Coachees, here's your opportunity to experience coaching and to get coaching support for your goals or issues.
Not withstanding the above, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that both parties play dual roles (or to switch roles) as ‘coaches’ and ‘coachees’ to one another.
To be a Student Coach, you are required to fulfill these terms:
a) Currently pursuing an ICF accreditated coach certification program (or similar), or
b) Have completed an ICF accreditated coach certification program (or
similar), and is working on gaining more coaching hours in your quest
to be an ICF credentialed professional coach (or similar).
To be a Student Coachee, you are required to fulfill these terms:
a) Have completed at least one module of a recognized ICF accreditated
program (or similar), who wants to be coached for free (pro bono) or pay a nominal fee
and/or
b) Currently pursuing an ICF accreditated coach certification program (or similar), and is seeking peer coaches and/or Student Coaches to gain coaching hours.
